Notice and Acceptance of Terms
By entering ConsumerTaxReviews.org & ‘others ’website (Site) you hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions of this Agreement which governs the use of the Site. Please take your time and carefully read and understand this Agreement as your acceptance of all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement is necessary for you to gain access to this Site. Your use of the Site or use of any of the products or services offered by ConsumerTaxReviews.org will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Your use of the Site also acknowledges acceptance of the services and products offered by various operating subsidiaries and affiliates of ConsumerTaxReviews.org.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ACCESS THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE.
Once you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and engage the services of ConsumerTaxReviews.org, you are thereafter subject to the ongoing terms and conditions of this Agreement, any supplemental terms, conditions, disclaimers, agreements, amendments, modifications, additions and any posted rules, guidelines or modifications then in effect or as may be amended from time to time with or without specific notice. (Supplemental Agreements). As such, you are encouraged and required to review the ConsumerTaxReviews.org Privacy Policy and Practices on a routine basis. All Agreements and Supplemental Agreements are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Where a conflict exists between this Agreement and any Supplemental Agreement, the provisions of the applicable Supplemental Agreement shall govern. The disclaimers, terms and conditions on the Site pages may be supplemented by additional disclaimers, guidelines, rules, terms, modifications or conditions of specific or general application on any particular page of this Site.
Non-Disclosure of Information and Privacy Policy
Two types of information may be collected when you visit any of our web sites, information that you knowingly provide us (called personally identifiable information), and information that is obtained from your visit but is not directly associated with you (called non-personally identifiable information).
When you ask a question or request assistance, we may specifically ask for information about you, including, but not limited to name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, birth date and/or payment information. In the normal course of using ConsumerTaxReviews.org & “other sites”, we may collect information about your habits and usage of our sites. Sometimes ConsumerTaxReviews.org, web sites may contain links to various other sites not owned and/or operated by ConsumerTaxReviews.org. While we encourage other site developers to adopt privacy policies that build user’s trust and confidence, we are not responsible for the privacy practices, the content of web sites linked to our Sites, or to which we link. Visitors should consult the other sites’ privacy policies, as we have no control over and expressly disclaim any liability or responsibility for the content of such other sites or the information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
Use of E-mail, Customer Service, Other Information and Addresses
In order to provide you prompt customer service, based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us through ConsumerTaxReviews.org, we may send you a confirmation email letting you know that we successfully received your information. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries and to provide services that you request. We will communicate with your by e-mail or telephone in accordance with your wishes. All areas on this Site that you interact with become available to ConsumerTaxReviews.org including but not limited to voice and data.
ConsumerTaxReviews.org may also send you service-related announcements on occasions when it is necessary to do so. By way of example, if our service is temporarily unavailable for system maintenance, we might send you an email notice to keep you informed. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account. Cookies are small text files that maybe placed on your computer’s hard drive by our servers to identify your computer. We may use cookies to recognize you when you visit our Sites, to personalize your experience and generally to serve you better. For example, if you enter your name, address, telephone number, email address, zip code or other personally identifiable information on one of our forms, such information may be, but is not necessarily always, stored in a cookie so you do not have to enter this information again. ConsumerTaxReviews.org also uses third party cookies for the purpose of Site traffic monitoring. These cookies help us understand which parts of our Site are most visited and helps up keep our Site as up to date and helpful as possible. These third party cookies do not store any personal identifiable information.
An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer whenever you’re using the Internet. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address. ConsumerTaxReviews.org collects IP addresses in our web site logs for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregated information, and to audit the use of our Site. When visitors request pages from ConsumerTaxReviews.org’s Site, our servers log the visitor’s IP address. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a visitor’s session will be logged, but the visitor remains anonymous to us.
If you would like to make changes to the information you submitted (i.e. email address change), you may contact the webmaster at review@ConsumerTaxReviews.org or notify the ConsumerTaxReviews.org tax professional assisting you to make these changes.
“Do-Not-Call” List
You may have your telephone number or cell phone number listed on a state or federal “Do Not Call” registry. By registering and using this website, you waive any claims that you may have against ConsumerTaxReviews.org, its agents, affiliates or related sites incident to the Don Not Call Registry and agree that you have authorized us to contact you via email and/or telephone. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if we contact you and you request that we no longer contact you via telephone, we record your name on a separate “Do Not Call” list maintained by our operators. We honor your “Do Not Call” request within a reasonable time from the date of your request which in no event will exceed thirty days from the date you make such request and such request is logged by ConsumerTaxReviews.org. Once we place your name on our internal “Do Not Call” list, we will no longer contact you via telephone (unless you submit another inquiry or request for information from us subsequent to your request to no longer be contacted via telephone). However, we may still contact you via email or direct mailing address that you provided us in your initial inquiry (if at all) pursuant to the terms of this policy.
Transactions and Dealings with Third Parties
Agents, employees and contractors of ConsumerTaxReviews.org, who have access to personally identifiable information, are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Agreement and the high standards of the company. Information about you specifically will not be used for any purpose other than to carry out the services you requested from ConsumerTaxReviews.org and its affiliates.
In visiting and using the Site, you may encounter promotions, advertisers or other third parties who are directly or indirectly offering related products or services. ConsumerTaxReviews.org does not warrant any of these goods or services or the delivery or payment of such goods or services or any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such goods or services. Any dealings that you may have with such third parties are solely between you and such parties and are not binding upon nor constitute obligations of ConsumerTaxReviews.org. By acknowledging and agreeing to this Agreement you acknowledge and agree that ConsumerTaxReviews.org shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, actions, liabilities, claims, judgments, costs or expenses of any kind (collectively, “Claims”) incurred as the result of any such third party dealings or as the presence or participation of such third parties on the Site, and you further agree waive any and all claims that you may have and to indemnify and hold harmless ConsumerTaxReviews.org and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates and assigns from and against any and all Claims incurred as the result of any such dealings.
Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly provided for in the Agreement or any Supplemental Agreement, ConsumerTaxReviews.org specifically disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the quality, accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, operability, timeliness, sequence or availability of information or material contained on the Site, any affiliated Sites or as may be otherwise disseminated to you. All communications and information provided to you from ConsumerTaxReviews.org via the Site or by other communication or means (print, electronic mail, telephone) or information (financial or otherwise) disseminated on the Site are provided for educational and information purposes only and are not intended to provide any legal, tax, accounting or investment advise and therefore should not be relied on.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConsumerTaxReviews.org and its officers, directors, employees, agents, assigns and affiliates from and against any and all Claims or damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or your violation of any rights of any other person in connection with the Site.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the State of the Site owner, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. The parties agree and acknowledge that that the exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising out of, or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Site or any services or products shall be in the state and federal courts located in the County and State of the registered Site owner.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with any Supplemental Agreements, is the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, representations or agreements, either oral or written with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. No representations or statements of any kind made by any employee or agent or affiliate of ConsumerTaxReviews.org which are not included in this Agreement, shall be binding on ConsumerTaxReviews.org or its agents or affiliates.
This Agreement may only be amended by prior written agreement of the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ConsumerTaxReviews.org may modify or replace certain of the terms of this Agreement and the content of the Site and such new terms shall be effective as of the date of their posting.
Waiver
The waiver by either party of the breach or non-enforcement of any provision of this Agreement by the other party shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or non-enforcement of a provision of this Agreement. No waiver of any provision herein shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of both you and ConsumerTaxReviews.ORG.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be automatically reformed and construed so as to be valid, operative and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law or equity while preserving its original intent. The invalidity of any part of this Agreement shall not render invalid the remainder of this Agreement.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of ConsumerTaxReviews.org and its affiliates, agents and assigns. ConsumerTaxReviews.org may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement in whole or in part to any third party at any time without notice to you. The headings contained herein are for convenience only and shall have no legal or interpretive effect. Additional terms and conditions may apply when you use other services, affiliate services, third party content or third party software on or through any link provided on the Site.
Copyright and Limited License
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, the Company logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, reviews, information, data, software, sound files, other files and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Site Materials”) are the proprietary property of Company or its licensors or users and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Trademarks
ConsumerTaxReviews.org, the Company logo and any other product or service name or slogan contained in the Site are trademarks of Company and its suppliers or licensors, and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Company or the applicable trademark holder. You may not use any metatags or any other “hidden text” utilizing “ConsumerTaxReviews.org” or any other name, trademark or product or service name of Company without our prior written permission. In addition, the look and feel of the Site, including all page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts, is the service mark, trademark and/or trade dress of Company and may not be copied, imitated or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, registered trademarks, product names and company names or logos mentioned in the Site are the property of their respective owners.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Information posted or made available on or through the Site, including without limitation any comments, opinions, recommendations, answers, analysis, references, referrals or legally related content or information (collectively “Legal Information”) is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship between you and any attorney. Such Legal Information is intended for general informational purposes only and should be used only as a starting point for addressing your legal issues. CONSUMERTAXREVIEWS.ORG DOES HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHETHER DIRECT OR IMPLIED FOR THE ACTIONS, INACTIONS, CLAIMS AND REPRESENTATIONS OF OTHER TAX RESOLUTION COMPANIES AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND GUARANTIES OR ASSURANCES AS TO THE PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT OR REPRESENTATIONS OF SUCH COMPANIES.
BY YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEGE, AGREE AND AUTHORIZE CONSUMERTAXREVIEWS.ORG AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES TO USE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE TO CONSUMERTAXREVIEWS.ORG FOR THE PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO YOU THAT IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF CONSUMERTAXREVIEWS.ORG WE FEEL MAY BE OF INTEREST AND BENEFIT TO OU WHETHER SUCH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE OFFERED DIRECTLY BY CONSUMERTAXREVIEWS.ORG AND ITS AFFILIATES OR FROM OTHER THIRD PARTY PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVIDERS.
